The deposit payment equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation can be paid by bank transfer to the following IBAN: IT77W0526216080CC0800110176 beneficiary Chianura Guido or by credit card. The balance payment must be made within the terms of free cancellation (within 14 days of the check-in date)
No animals are accepted
It is forbidden to organize parties and events
No groups are accepted
It is strictly forbidden to allow access to the structure by people other than those registered during check-in.
Check-in time starting from h. 16.00 (with the option of purchasing early check-in at 12:00 for €30.00)
Check out time by 10.00 ((Late check-out is available until 12:00 PM for €30.00.)
The price of the stay includes Initial and final cleaning
The price of the stay does not include linen rental and parking on private property which can be selected during the booking phase or by sending an email to [email protected] (Linen rental €60.00/stay; Parking on private property € 5,00/night.
The price also does not include tourist taxes that will be paid on site (€ 1.00/guest months April, May, June, September, October; € 1.50/guest months July and August) which will be paid in cash on site.
