Free cancellation within 14 days of check-in.
The deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount can be paid by bank transfer to the following IBAN: IT77W0526216080CC0800110176, payee: Chianura Guido, or by credit card. The remaining payment must be made within the free cancellation period (within 14 days of check-in).
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are prohibited.
Groups are not accepted.
It is strictly forbidden to allow access to the property by anyone other than those registered at check-in, not even for quick visits.
Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM (with the option of purchasing an early check-in at 12:00 for €30.00)
Check-out is by 10:00 AM (with the option of purchasing a late check-out at 12:00 for €30.00)
The price of your stay includes initial and final cleaning.
The price of your stay does not include parking on private property, which can be selected during booking or by emailing [email protected] (Parking on unfenced private property €5.00/night - parking on fenced private property €10.00/night).
The price also does not include tourist taxes, which are payable locally (€1.00/guest in April, May, June, September, and October; €1.50/guest in July and August).
